Tasini Should Wrap It Up PDF Print E-mail
Written by Jeffrey
Saturday, 23 September 2006
Former US Senate candidate Jonathan Tasini should suck it up and forget this nonsense about asking his supporters to vote against US Senator Hillary Clinton.  After losing to the former first lady, Democrat Tasini is now advocating his supporters to vote for the Green candidate as a vote against the war in Iraq.  This makes as much sense as Ralph Nader deciding to run another Green Party candidacy for president.  Tasini should accept his lost to Clinton and support the Democratic candidate for US Senate in New York State.  Wrap it up, Tasini -- otherwise you begin to look like the poor loser Nader or the perrenial every-candidate Mark Green.  Voters, meanwhile, should reelect Democrat Hillary Clinton in overwhelming numbers to put some sanity into this race.
